Order Processing Time

Our dedicated team processes orders within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Period

For customers within the UK, we offer express delivery with an estimated arrival time of 1 to 3 business days after shipment. Please note that the delivery period begins from the shipment date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs, incorrect address details, or unexpected factors.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of £10.00 throughout the UK for all orders.

Method of Delivery

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, Hermes, and DPD.

Non-Shipping Days

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. The tracking ID will typically become active within 24 hours.

Clothetics processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday.

Address Issues & Misplacements

For misplaced or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier first. If issues persist, reach out to us at support@clothetics.com. If an incorrect address results in a returned shipment, a reshipping fee will apply.

Address Changes

To modify your delivery address, contact us at support@clothetics.com or call +44 7893 930510 within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Cancellations & Damages

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

If your Women’s Dresses arrives damaged during transit, please email support@clothetics.com with photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
